Frequently Asked Questions

The most necessary information is what inscription you want to make. If you have a project, it will certainly be an additional advantage accelerating the valuation. The next information is the colors of the front and side of the letters. If you have more specific guidelines, such as the thickness of the letters and technical specifications, please also send them in your inquiry. The last quite important issue is to specify whether the letters are to be exposed outside or inside.
Yes they can and they hold up extremely well. On request our exterior projects can get our signature hard coat that protects them from the harsh weather. This completely coats them and best of all they will never rot or rust. These products can take everything from hot to cold as well as rain and snow.
We can match colours to most national brands of paint in either our paint or acrylic texture finishes. We also match to pantone colours to the best of our ability. Pantone colours can be tricky due to their print origins, but most are achievable with a bit of patience.
While vector files are preferred for both the quotes and manufacturing, we are able to quote off of many different file types such as jpg, gif, png, pdf, eps, ai, cdr or tif. If you do not have a vector file (ai, cdr or eps) for manufacture we will need to create one. Please specify that when requesting a quote. If you do not have your logo or design in one of those formats contact us to discuss options on how we can get you a quote. We can use most any major CAD or 3D file formats. If you don’t have a file and need help in design, we can help bring your idea to life.
It can be a number of different technologies, individually or combined. These range from 3D Foam, 3D printing, CNC Cutting, fiber glass molds, sculpting, painting, airbrushing, laminating, vinyl printing, and woodworking.
There is no limit to the size of model. Transportability will be your only concern on an extremely large letter or sign model.
