These Terms and Conditions set out the agreement between Creska (a trading name of 78 Flux Group Ltd, registered in England and Wales, Company No. 16760203, VAT No: 504931701, registered office: Unit 2, Annington Commercial Centre, Annington Road, Steyning, BN44 3WA) and the Buyer.

By placing an order, you agree to these Terms and Conditions.

All orders must be confirmed in writing or via email. A 50% deposit is required before production begins. Work will only commence once payment and final artwork/design approval have been received.

All prices are quoted exclusive of VAT. Any applicable taxes, duties, or delivery fees will be added to the final invoice. Creska reserves the right to adjust prices if costs or taxes change before completion.

Full payment is required before delivery, collection, or installation unless otherwise agreed in writing. Late payments may incur interest at 1.5% per month on overdue balances.

The Buyer is responsible for supplying correct and print-ready design files in the formats specified on our website. Creska accepts no liability for errors resulting from incorrect or incomplete files.

Creska produces bespoke, made-to-order items — including 3D signage, foam lettering, decorative props, and displays. Slight variations in texture, colour, or finish may occur due to material properties and manufacturing processes. These do not constitute defects.

Delivery times are estimates only. Risk passes to the Buyer once goods leave Creska’s premises or are collected by the Buyer or carrier. Creska shall not be liable for delays beyond its control.

The Buyer must inspect goods upon delivery. Any issues must be reported within 72 hours of receipt. After this period, goods will be considered accepted.

Orders cannot be cancelled once production has started. In exceptional cases where cancellation is approved in writing, the Buyer will be charged for all work and materials incurred up to that point.

As all goods are custom-made, returns are not accepted unless the product is defective due to Creska’s error. Returned items must be unused and in their original condition.

The Buyer confirms they hold all necessary rights to artwork, logos, or text submitted for production. The Buyer indemnifies Creska and 78 Flux Group Ltd against any intellectual property claims resulting from supplied designs.

The Buyer grants Creska permission to use photographs of completed work for marketing and portfolio purposes (e.g., website, social media). The Buyer may request removal of specific images in writing

Creska guarantees that products are manufactured according to approved specifications and to a high professional standard. Due to the nature of foam and painted finishes, minor surface imperfections may occur and are not covered under warranty.

Creska’s liability shall be limited to the value of the goods supplied. Creska is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from use or inability to use the products.

Creska shall not be liable for failure or delay in performance due to causes beyond its reasonable control, including natural disasters, power failures, strikes, or supplier delays.

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.

These Terms represent the entire agreement between Creska (78 Flux Group Ltd) and the Buyer. No variation is valid unless agreed in writing by both parties.
